CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS I totally understand life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hr notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may forfeit the deposit. No shows will be charged 50% of service booked and will not be allowed to book again. All deposits can be transferred to one future appointment with proper notice. DEPOSITS To secure your appointment, a $20 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards your service and will help ensure your spot is reserved just for you. LATE ARRIVALS All clients have a 10 minute grace period. Arriving later than the grace period will result in your appointment being rescheduled.
